If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it, please check with your household, building mailroom, front desk, neighbors, or local carrier. We will do our best to assist, but Tenkujima is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier-confirmed delivery, except as required by law.
