Tidewalk

Tidewalk is Tenkujima’s first signature matcha, named after the feeling of walking near the coast in the morning: fresh air, wet stone, green leaves, and a brief moment where your inbox is not the main character.

The blend combines Okumidori, Yabukita, and Longjing 43. Longjing 43 is the unexpected part — a Chinese cultivar better known for Dragon Well tea, adding a subtle green freshness and a different kind of depth.

Grown in Zhejiang, a coastal province in eastern China, Tidewalk is vivid, smooth, and savory, with a soft seaweed aroma when you open the tin. It works beautifully as a clean usucha, but also holds up well in a latte.
